Alex Joseph is a highly experienced strength and conditioning and sports performance coach with over 15 years of training expertise. As the Co-Founder of Xenhouse, he has built a reputation for developing elite athletes and helping individuals achieve peak physical performance.

Specializing in return to sport, injury prevention, mobility training, strength and conditioning, and pre- and postpartum training, Alex has worked with notable athletes such as Vladimir Ducasse, Tyler Matakevich, Austin Calitro, Bunmi Rotimi, and Kenny Dyson, helping them enhance their athletic performance and longevity.

A Temple University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Alex was a senior year team captain, leading his team to a 9-4 season and their first bowl game appearance in 25 years. His dedication and leadership on the field earned him opportunities in professional football, signing as a free agent with the Green Bay Packers, later joining the Carolina Panthers’ practice squad, and eventually securing a spot with the San Francisco 49ers. He continued his professional career in the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in Ontario, Canada.

Beyond coaching, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and working on his hobbies, which include mechanical work on his cars and handyman projects around the house. His passion for athlete development, injury prevention, and high-performance training continues to drive him to help athletes and individuals reach their highest potential in sports and fitness.
