Xenhouse was founded with a simple but powerful belief: true success comes when the mind, body, and soul are trained together.
Born and raised in Stamford, our founders set out to build something different—a place that felt like home in the very community that shaped them. Not just another gym. Not just another training facility. But a house built on faith, loyalty, integrity, passion, and growth.

Three lifelong friends from Stamford came together with a shared vision: build a training space rooted in community, purpose, and performance.
With passion and grit, Xenhouse opened its doors in June 2021 — creating a place where effort meets opportunity, and strangers become family.
