Experienced Personal trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Football, Public Speaking, Mentoring, and Management. Strong community and social services professional graduated from Temple University.

ROSS BERTRAND
Co-Founder-Sports Performance and Functional Movement Coach- Xenhouse
Stamford native and performance specialist with over 15 years of experience training athletes from youth to professional levels. Ross builds athletes from the ground up, focusing on movement, fundamentals, and mental toughness—helping individuals unlock their full potential both on and off the field.

SHIRA PAROWER
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINER - LACROSSE SPECIALIST
Shira Parower is a former Division I lacrosse athlete at Syracuse University with a strong background in elite performance, leadership, and resilience. A Westport, Connecticut native and Staples High School standout, she helped lead Syracuse to two Final Four appearances while earning multiple Athletic Director’s Honor Roll recognitions. Her experience competing at the highest level — and overcoming injury adversity — fuels her passion for athlete development, recovery, and empowering the next generation.

JERRY “JB” BOGGS JR.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINER | STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST
JB is a former multi-sport standout turned performance coach with over 10 years of experience in sports performance, strength training, injury prevention, and combine preparation. Backed by EXOS methodology, he has trained NCAA and professional athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field.
